Ushers are goodwill ambassadors for God. They enter to worship and leave to serve. The usher’s creed is “For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I’d rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.” (Psalm 84:10)
Come join us as we welcome our members, visitors and guests into the house of the Lord. There are five (5) usher boards at the church, all having various schedules and meeting times to fit your needs, and you can choose to usher at 8:00 AM, or 11:00 AM, or both worship services. In addition, the pastor may choose an usher board to accompany him, when needed, to sister churches.
Throughout the year there are opportunities for ushers to fellowship with one another at picnics, banquets, holiday parties and other events. For more information, contact Martha Fairbanks firstname.lastname@example.org.
